While the modular home is being prefabricated off-site, our team gets busy on-site preparing the foundation and site services, so when the home arrives on-site, everything is ready. The modules are installed, sealed, and finished immediately upon arrival.

Sightline manages the project close out as well. Our team attends all site inspections and ensures occupancy is granted. We are committed to ensuring all deficiencies are corrected to the client’s satisfaction. Upon completion of the home, the client receives a homeowner information package.

On-Site Preparation

Our team prepares your lot, installs the foundation, and connects site services like water and electricity, ensuring all services meet the highest standards.

Delivery and Installation (Second Payment: 45% of contract value)

Our logistics team coordinates the safe delivery of your modular home, managing craning and installation to ensure precise alignment on your property.

Final Finishes and Service Connections (Final Payment: 13% of contract value)

We complete all interior and exterior finishes and connect services, ensuring everything functions perfectly.
